How we calculate your quote
The quote is generated by our pricing engine after POC approval and reviewed by your project lead before it reaches you. These are the four inputs.
Scope from your approved spec
The quote starts from the BRD you approved. Every feature and flow is priced — nothing is estimated in aggregate.
Complexity signals from the POC
The POC build surfaces hard integration points, third-party dependencies, and non-standard requirements. These are factored in before you commit.
Current delivery capacity
We factor in our current pipeline so your delivery window is realistic. Slots are limited — quotes include a start-date commitment.
Tech-stack selection
Stack complexity (e.g., real-time, AI-heavy, custom infra) affects the quote. Your stack is agreed in the spec before we price.
Fixed pricing
The price you accept is the price you pay.
We quote after the POC — when we have real information about your project, not estimates. The fixed price covers everything in the approved spec. In-scope changes don't trigger surprise invoices.
Out-of-scope additions are quoted separately, in writing, before any work begins. You always know what you're committing to.
